A topical anaesthetic gel is applied before any dental injections. We ensure the tooth is fully anaesthetised to make the experience as painless as possible.
Root canal treatment may be an option to preserve an infected tooth. We may place medicament and antibiotics directly into the tooth to alleviate the pain at this emergency appointment.
