It is amazing how some simple information can change something that I’ve been doing for years for the better. Obviously I’ve know to brush my teeth twice a day and floss, and I know to go to the dentist regularly to get things checked. But Jessica is the first dentist who actually sits down with me and contextually explains to me why I have to brush my teeth twice a day, why flossing is good, how fillings and crowns work etc. Sure, maybe that’s all common knowledge, but connecting that knowledge to MY teeth using xrays and photos after each appointment just makes me truly appreciate how and why I look after my teeth.
